We started in 1992, under the name of ETM (Executive Temporary Management), a subsidiary of Ernst & Young.
Following a management buy-out, our company has been operating independently since the end of 2004. Nevertheless we maintain the high quality standards adopted during our tenure as part of Ernst & Young.
Under our new banner, “Essensys”, we are in Belgium the largest independent provider of
interim management services, with offices in Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent. We also have offices in Paris and Amsterdam and we have partners throughout Europe. We perform assignments for enterprises, large and medium sized companies, and for non-profit organizations, and we continuously develop our professional services.
From this strong market position, we foster solid professional relationships with a large number of highly qualified
interim managers. These carefully selected managers have considerable experience and the necessary management competencies. Their expertise combined with Essensys’ methodology largely contributes to the success of their assignments.
