Approach of the training
In order for the delegates to acquire the basic project management competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) and to have maximal chance for succeeding for the exam, the training will make use of many different learning approaches, such as:
- Plenary sessions with the whole group
- Exercises and cases in small groups
- Exchange of experience
- Role-plays
- Self-study and homework assignments (!)
Training material & language
The delegates will receive a binder with the training hand-outs, literature, exercises and cases, and a reference project management textbook. The language of both the training sessions and the material is English.
