Tasks:
- Manage a group of chemical manufacturing facilities with the objective of maximizing the efficiency and profitability of each individual site and the group of sites, as a whole.
- Expected to drive continuous improvement, the development of people, the achievement of budgeted results, the development and implementation of a manufacturing strategy and plan, and the resolution of any problems encountered in achieving the above-mentioned objectives.
