Education	Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience PMI or equivalent (eg Prince II) certification
Profile	Specific experience in people management and project management (8+ years) in a technical/commercial environment, Familiar with and have hands on experience with the management of +5M Euro installation projects in building, or equivalent sectors, Capability to align a process on a global scale by working together with responsible in USA, Middle East and APAC.
Languages	English fluent French fluent Dutch fluent
Duration	6 months, open for permanent position

Mission:
End responsible for the fulfilment of orders from quotation up to installation of the product in the field. The Business Operations manager drives a team of around 20 specialists in pre-sales support, project deployment and after sales support. He/she is responsible for the "hands-on" management of all project activities related to the installation and testing

Tasks :
Technical support for quotations and proposals in the pre-sales phase. This includes constructing engineering and technical specification and architecture of the systems
The management and execution of the installation projects required to install complex systems products in the field
Second-line customer services, responsible for the management of escalations
Design and establish management information systems and KPIs allowing to monitor and improve the performance of the project deployment.
Interface with Operations, R&D, product management and Sales & Marketing
