Profile |
In depth knowledge of SAP HR ESS/MSS functionalities ,
Being able to translate front-end portal functionalities and integration with back end systems
Experience with Nakisa is an asset,
Good knowledge of SAP HR modules,
Experience in functional design of employee portals in large companies,
Technical experience in implementation employee portals based on SAP HR is a must,
Able to manage various tasks simultaneously,
Excellent writing skills,
Advanced level Excel, Powerpoint and Word techniques,
Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP employee parts,
Minimum of 4 years SAP HR ESS/MSS module experience is a must.

Responsible for the following key areas:
- Define business user requirements and priorities
- Specify the functional requirements for the employee management portal
- Advise on phased implementation and architecture design based on business priorities
- Functional design of the portal
