Proven experience in defining HR processes (competence management, recruitment & evaluation, payroll, compensation & benefits, job evaluations, personnel administration,…), organisation management
Experience with business process modelling,
Knowledge of SAP HR modules (OM, PA),
Experience in HR process and organisation design in large companies,
Experience as an HR Manager of an industrial company is an asset,
Able to manage various tasks simultaneously.

- Set-up and implementation of a new HR organisation
- Analyze the current HR processes
- Identify areas of improvement
- Identify additional business needs
- Define To Be HR processes based on standard SAP HR processes
- Define set-up and implement HR organisation
