Responsibilities:
- Organisation of the 2010 budgeting process for the entire organisation (25.000 people, 15 maintenance plants, 500 cost centers,
7 business units, ....)
- Developing budget manual
- Developing budget and forecasting procedures and policies
- Coordinating planning, budgeting and forecasting process
- Managing the further design and implementation of systems supportive of the budget development
- Coordinating the preparation of the divisional budgets and preparation of consolidated budget statements (P/L, balance sheet, headcount,…)
- Guiding a team of decentralised controllers to develop the divisional budgets
