Profile	Proven ability to run a SAP PMO and knowledge of leading project management techniques desirable, SAP ECC 6.0 experience, Completed 3 to 4 PMO implementations, Experience in writing SAP project management procedures.

Duration	12 months with possible extension to 3 years

Mission:
Lead the PMO and the reporting on the status of the SAP support and build activities

Responsible for the following PMO key areas:

Governance and assurance of SAP support and build projects
Project planning and follow-up
Reporting against high level milestones on each programme
Resource profiling and coordinating appropriate resources
Budget management (cost and benefits)
Scope design and management
Project procedures and policies
Project documentation (SAP configuration, process design, ...)
Change management
Risk and Issue management
Managing PMO team
